Join us on Sunday 2nd April, as we explore philosophy, learning, and practices of Jewish Spirituality & Mysticism. From Chassidut to Mussar to Kabbalah, we'll delve into some of our most esoteric texts, that have the possibility of transforming our lives and Jewish journeys.

8:30: Arrivals and croissants & coffee
9:00: Kabbalistic meditation followed by Shacharit  
10:15-11:30: What is Jewish spirituality? with Yael Roberts
11:30-11:45: Break 
11:45-13:00: Mussar with Student-Rabbi Kamila Koprivova 
13:00-13:45: Lunch
13:45-15:00: Rebbe Nachman's Hitbodedut with Rabbi Daniel Lichman
15:00-15:15: Optional meditation or break 
15:15-15:45: Mincha 
15:45-17:00: Spiritual Practices for Daily Life with Yael Roberts

This is a paid event, which includes lunch and breaks. However we would never want to exclude anyone due to financial grounds. Please contact Yael, in confidence, if you have any concerns.
