Cultural Events
Westminster Synagogue is housed in Kent House which serves a beautiful and gracious backdrop to the social aspects of Synagogue life enjoyed by many of our members.
Our Cultural Events Team work along our staff to organise social and cultural events to help ensure that we have a vibrant social calendar where members can meet and interact. These include film nights, art and literature lectures, recitals and concerts and “In Conversation” evenings, bringing together two truly interesting guests, one of them usually connected in some way to our community.
We aim to use the talents of our own members and any singers, poets, historians, authors, playwrights, composers, film directors and more are welcomed and encouraged to share their talents.
The team is always eager to welcome members who are able donate their time to help create these engaging events for the community.
If you would like to volunteer for the team, get in touch with Louise here. If you cannot join the team, but would like to help on an ad-hoc basis (welcoming people into the building, hosting tables, helping with decoration etc.) click here to get in touch!
We also have specific cultural events aimed tailored for Young Professionals. For more information visit our Westminster Young Professionals page.
