High Holy Day Services

Welcome to Westminster Synagogue High Holy Day Services 

If you are visiting for the first time, the following information from the Westminster Minchag will be helpful for you when attending our services. If you have additional questions, please email the Synagogue Office.

• No photography during the service
• Please ensure mobile phones are switched off before entering the Sanctuary
• Women’s shoulders should be covered
• Gentlemen are asked to cover their heads
• Tallit must be worn if you have a mitzvah
• On Kol Nidre, once the main service is full, members and visitors will be directed to the overflow room. Please note this is done on a first come, first seat basis.

Children are welcome in our Tots services on the Ground Floor on both Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur

• If they become distressed, we have children’s activities and books in the basement.
• There will be refreshments served for children in the basement on Yom Kippur.
