HHD 2025 Visitors Service Booking

We look forward to being together in the Sanctuary for our High Holy Day Services, whilst also providing a streaming option, so you are able to have a front-row seat should you wish to join from the comfort of your own home.

In order to help us ensure we are catering for realistic numbers - both in terms of seating and creating necessary overflow rooms, as well as ensuring there is plenty of honey cake! - please do let us know which services you plan to attend, and how many family members would be joining, so we can send you tickets for those services.

We hope you understand that our members will get priority when allocating seats, however we will do our best to accept and welcome visitors in our building. Should you wish to learn more about becoming a member, please click here.

In order to ensure we can safely and successfully seat members and visitors in the Sanctuary, please ensure you have completed your requests by Friday, 12th September.

Wherever you celebrate the High Holy Days with us this year, we look forward to sharing them with you and making new connections.

We do ask all First Time Visitors to ensure they also complete a Visitor's Security Form, which you can access here.

Please note, we ask anyone living in the UK who has already joined us for High Holy Days on more than two occasions, to join us as members click here to get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange a chat.

Please note, this form is for visitors only, members will receive their tickets by post mid-late August.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to be in touch.

In order to ensure we're looking after the wellbeing of our community, we do ask for anyone who is feeling unwell to join us from home.

Donations

Whilst we welcome visitors and family and friends of our members to all of our services throughout the year, we have to operate a special procedure for the High Holy Days. This year, we will be both in person and online and there are therefore high costs incurred to ensure we create a high level streaming experience for High Holy Days, alongside additional costs of maintaining our Synagogue. As such we do ask HHD visitors to make a donation to contribute to our community if they are able to.

We would be grateful for any donation you are able to give; in previous years we have used the following suggested amounts:

18-24 First Time Visitors over 24

Rosh Hashanah (Inc. Erev)

£50 £125

Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur

£50 £125

Both Services

£100 £250

We would never exclude anyone for financial reasons. If the suggested donation levels are currently beyond your means, then please donate what you can. If you have any questions, please email the Synagogue office. Alternatively, if you would be interested in taking this time to.become members we would be delighted to meet with you! Please note, we ask anyone living in the UK who has joined us for High Holy Days more than twice, to join us as members click here to get in touch.

Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the Synagogue from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

We will be processing your information in line with our privacy notice, which is available on our website or from our office.
