We look forward to being able to welcome you to our Synagogue. Before we do, as per our security policies, we ask all visitors to the building to complete our short Visitor Information Form in as much detail as possible. This is so that we may have you on record for any future visits, as well as to go through a minor security check. Please note: You will need to have a photo/PDF of an ID Document to complete this form. Should you have any questions, please email admin@westminstersynagogue.org
