I am delighted to join the Westminster Synagogue as Community Welfare Manager; I am very much looking forward to supporting members wholeheartedly, be it over the phone or face to face, over a cup of tea, signposting where necessary to appropriate services and support networks. As a wellbeing coordinator specialising in dementia and a peripatetic teacher, I have many years' experience working with the elderly, with people living with dementia and their carers and with children and families in both the Local Authority and Independent sectors. As well, I recognise how valuable volunteers are to a community and I very much looking forward to working with Westminster Synagogue's volunteers and together, developing chesed with kindness, with compassion, with humanity and with dignity. In my spare time I enjoy books, Jewish history, cooking, tennis and hockey.

Danine typically works Tuesday afternoons, all day Wednesday & Thursday afternoons.
