For Jews around the world, joining with Israelis celebrating Yom Ha'Atzmaut (Israel’s Independence Day) has become a concrete link in our connection to the land of Israel. This year it falls on Thursday 1st May,  and so we invite members and friends to join us on Friday 25th April, as we come together to mark this day with a special Israeli themed Shabbat Dinner.

There'll be Israeli music, delicious Israeli food and wonderful Israeli artistry for us to enjoy, so we hope you can join us for this special occasion.

We will finish the dinner by having ice cream, a nod to our adopted hostage Elkana Bohbot, who had just opened an ice cream shop when he was captured.
