Westminster Synagogue and The Memorial Scrolls Trust
invite you to join them as we celebrate

The 60th Anniversary
Of The 1,564 Czech Scrolls
Arriving at Westminster Synagogue

We are delighted that you wish to join us for the Celebratory Service & Reception from 2:00-5:00pm on Sunday 4th February 2024 as the Scrolls are reunited in Kent House once more.

The day will include a meaningful service with guest speakers, music, and a procession of the Scrolls, followed by food and drink. For those unable to join us in person, we will be streaming the event online to communities around the world. Please note that this will be a one-way Zoom, so we won’t be able to see you in the room, but encourage you to keep cameras on to share this moment with other communities joining online.

In order to assist with our planning, please do let us know further information below.
Due to limited space in our building, we must strictly limit attendance to only three seats per visiting Scroll. For example, if your community is bringing two Scrolls, you may have a maximum of six seats. We understand that this may pose some challenges, but we must ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Once we have a clearer idea of the number of Scrolls and people attending, we will reach out should there be any additional seats we can allocate to your community.

For those joining in person, we would be delighted to offer opportunities to connect further with our community over Shabbat.

If you are joining us online, please let us know here, so we can share streaming information nearer the time.

As we understand the efforts involved in traveling with the Scrolls, we recommend ensuring that your normal scroll insurance covers the travel, and that the Scroll remains in your care during transit.

If you have any questions about the weekend, please do not hesitate to be in touch.
