Have you always wanted to bake up some Challah but felt it was too much of a challenge to do alone?  In the past we've had some wonderful Challah making classes, led by Sarah Feder, and we are back in September with a session where you will learn how to make a challa-good loaf for you Rosh Hashanah festivities! 

The class will start with learning how to make the delicious dough, followed by techniques on how to braid a beautiful challah fit for the High Holy Days.

While waiting for the dough to rise we will have the opportunity to help in the last minute High Holy Days prep or just spend time getting to know other members over a nice cup of coffee!

This is open for all ages, and don't worry if you cannot join until after school, there will be things to do throughout the afternoon. Whether you join us for the full event or just the time slots that work for you, we'd love to bake alongside you!
